Kolačići su male tekstualne datoteke koje većina internetskih stranica pohranjuje na uređajima putem kojih korisnici pristupaju internetu. Pohrana kolačića je pod potpunom kontrolom preglednika korisnika koji pohranjivanje kolačića može po želji omogućiti ili onemogućiti.

Općina ističe da internetska stranica Općine može sadržavati i sadržaj s drugih internetskih stranica (npr. video, slike, članke i slično). Za pregledavanje takvog sadržaja koriste se kolačići koje koriste spomenute internetske stranice, a ne internetske stranice Općine.
